S H I P P I N G:

Turn Around Times for shipping and local pick up:

• Ready to ship (RTS) items - 1-3 business days
• Custom/Handmade items - 7-10 business days
• Embroidered items - 10-14 business days

This timeframe does not include processing and shipping from a shipping carrier once the item has left Tootie and Hart. Please actively check the tracking information for the most up-to-date information once it's live.

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y :
Custom/Handmade Items - Due to the personalization of each item, all sales are final. In the event that the order is incorrect or damaged, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to reach out to hello@tootieandhart.com to get the issue resolved.

Ready to ship (RTS) items - If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 10 days of delivery of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit *ONLY*.

TO RETURN -
Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return! :) Email hello@tootieandhart.com and include your order number and reason for return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.). We will get back to you within 24-48 business hours with further instructions. Return shipping is on the customer.
